We believe that all children are naturally curious and learn best through doing. We focus on child-centered learning that is meaningful and effective through thematic, hands-on, student-created projects.
We accept children from ~3 years to 5 years old in the Preschool Program.

Preschool Daily Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
| 8am – 9am | Drop-off and free play |
| 9am – 9:45am | Circle & Learning Time based on monthly theme, math, and movement. |
| 9:45am – 10am | Morning snack of organic fruit and whole grains, served family style |
| 10am – 11:45am | Outdoor hike and forest play |
| 11:45am – 12pm | Return from Hike. Use restroom and wash hands while the teacher plates lunches. |
| 12pm – 12:30pm |
Lunch is served. (Parents provide daily lunch). Children are taught and encouraged to use their utensils and manners. |
| 12:30pm – 1pm | Brush teeth, quiet reading time |
| 1pm – 2pm | Nap/rest time. Teacher rests on floor with kids. |
| 2pm – 2:30pm | Quiet play (e.g., drawing or Play Dough) or continuation of nap. |
| 2:30pm – 3:30pm | Free play |
| 3:30pm – 3:45pm | Afternoon snack of organic fruit and whole grains, served family style |
| 3:45pm – 4:30pm | Art or Science Activity (small group) or free play |
| 4:30pm – 5pm | Pickup time and free play) |
